Impact

This project delivered a structured research framework and a set of elderly-oriented design principles that have been formally documented as an internal design guide.
The guidebook is now reused across the HaoKan design team, helping unify understanding of elderly user needs, streamline the design process, and support the creation of a coherent senior mode for the platform.
Beyond this project, the methodology and insights have informed broader accessibility discussions within the company and continue to serve as a reference for future ageing-related work.
